I rave daily about my Instant Pot, it’s perfection. It’s amazing. It’s like having a second wife in the kitchen, I know lol but seriously it’s like having a second (or third!) person helping out. It produces perfectly hard boiled eggs where the shell literally just falls off, even with farm fresh eggs!
Here are the instructions, easy peasy.
Place the wire rack/trivet in the pot.
Add 1 cup of water
Lay as many eggs as you can in the pot (I double layer usually)
5 minutes on high pressure
Natural pressure release for 5 minutes then quick release if it’s not done,
Put the eggs in a bowl of cold icy water to stop the cooking process
Once they’re cooled you can easily peel your eggs!
